WHAT THE
DISCOUNT MEANS.

1. Free delivery thresholds

• Delivery within Denmark is free on orders over DKK 800. Every other destination has its own threshold, all of them published on the delivery page.
• The threshold is measured on the order subtotal inkl. moms, before delivery is added.
• It applies automatically. There is no code to enter and nothing to opt into.
• If part of an order is later withdrawn and the remainder falls below the threshold, we do not retrospectively charge for the delivery.

2. First-order codes

• Where we issue a first-order discount code, it is single use, per person, and it applies once.
• The percentage or amount, the minimum order value if there is one, and the expiry date are stated wherever the code appears. If a condition is not stated, it does not apply.
• Codes do not stack. One code per order.
• A code is a discount on goods, not on delivery, unless it explicitly says otherwise.
• If an order is withdrawn, the refund is of what you actually paid. Where a single-use code was consumed on an order that was later withdrawn, we will issue a replacement code on request — ask us rather than assuming it is gone.

3. Set pricing

Two articles in the catalogue are sets: a fitting and its bulb, priced together. The set price is lower than the sum of the individual list prices, and the higher figure shown struck through is that sum — not an invented “usual price”, and not a price nothing was ever sold at.

Every article inside those sets is also sold separately on this site, at the prices used in that calculation. You can check the arithmetic yourself, which is the entire point of publishing it.

4. Email list

• Subscribing is free and is not a purchase. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.
• We do not require an email subscription to get a discount, and subscribing does not enrol you in anything.
• Every message has a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing removes you from the list, and it does not affect any order, right of withdrawal or complaint.
• What we do with the address is in the privacy policy.

What we do not do

• No countdown timers. A timer that resets when you reload is a lie, and a real deadline does not need one to be legible.
• No “only 2 left” urgency. Stock figures on this site are stock figures.
• No inflated reference prices. Marketing law in Denmark requires a struck-through price to have a genuine basis, and we would rather publish the basis than argue about it later.
• No price that changes based on who you are. Everyone sees the same price for the same article on the same day.

Changes and errors

We may start or end a promotion at any time. Ending one does not affect an order already placed under it. If a promotion is displayed with an obvious error — a discount that is clearly a typing mistake rather than an unexpected bargain — we may cancel and refund affected orders in full rather than dispatch, and we will tell you exactly what happened.

Your right of withdrawal and your right to complain are unaffected by any promotion. A discounted article carries exactly the same rights as a full-price one.
